1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Digital Kameti platform (available via digitalkameti.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Digital Kameti provides a digitized ROSCA (Rotating Savings and Credit Association) platform supporting Traditional Kametis and Investment Kametis. We facilitate the pooling of funds, scheduling of monthly payouts, and investment sweeps to verified local business profiles.

3. User Responsibilities & KYC

To use our services, you must complete our mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a valid CNIC (National Identity Card). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. Creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Financial Commitments & Defaults

By joining a Kameti circle, you enter into a binding financial agreement. You commit to making all scheduled monthly installment payments on time.

• Late Payments: Failure to pay installments on time will affect your trust score and may result in penalties.
• Defaults (Without Drawing): If you default on your payments before winning a drawing, you will face up to a 20% platform penalty on your paid capital, and receive an 80% refund to your wallet.
• Defaults (After Drawing): If you default after receiving a monthly payout (classified as a "Thief"), your account and wallet will be frozen, you will receive zero refund, and we reserve the right to initiate legal recovery proceedings for the outstanding stolen amount.

5. Platform Fees and Commissions

We charge nominal registration fees and take a designated platform cut from the profits generated by Investment Kametis, as detailed during the checkout and enrollment process.

6. Disclaimers

Digital Kameti acts as a facilitator and ledger manager. While we enforce strict vetting and verification of businesses for Investment Kametis, all investments carry inherent risks. We do not guarantee fixed returns beyond the performance of the underlying business sweeps.
